1. Agreement and provider
These Terms govern your use of Hourfolio, provided by Individual Entrepreneur Danylo Klymov, 45 Yuvileinyi Avenue, Apartment 129, Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 69097, Ukraine. By downloading or using Hourfolio, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, use Hourfolio only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hourfolio on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Usage Rules. No ownership of Hourfolio or its intellectual property is transferred to you.
4. What Hourfolio does
Hourfolio records work time, organizes projects, calculates summaries and overtime, prepares reports, synchronizes app data through your private iCloud database when available, and schedules optional local reminders. Calculations and reports are productivity aids and are not payroll, accounting, tax, employment-law, or legal advice.
5. Your data and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and backup of information you enter and for reviewing calculations and exported reports before relying on or sharing them. Do not enter confidential or personal information that you are not authorized to process. You control destinations selected in the iOS share sheet and participants invited to any iCloud sharing feature.
6. Price and App Store transactions
The current download price, if any, is shown in the App Store. Hourfolio currently has no subscription or in-app purchase. Apple processes App Store payments, payment credentials, receipts, refunds, and regional taxes under Apple's terms. We do not receive your card or bank details.
7. Privacy and permissions
Our Privacy Policy and Data & Permissions document explain local storage, iCloud/CloudKit, notifications, Firebase diagnostics and configuration, report sharing, and support communications. You can manage system permissions in iOS Settings.
8. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer Hourfolio except where law expressly permits it, bypass technical limits, interfere with the app or services, use the app unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to another person's data or iCloud share.
9. Third-party services
Hourfolio relies on Apple services and Google Firebase. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes outside our reasonable control.
10. Updates and availability
We may release fixes, change features, require an update for security or compatibility, or discontinue Hourfolio. A temporary failure of iCloud, Firebase, network access, or the App Store may affect synchronization, update checks, diagnostics, or downloads. Local fallback does not guarantee that every device will have identical data until synchronization succeeds.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hourfolio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of data. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, lost profits, missed work records, payroll errors, or loss caused by reliance on unverified reports, third-party outages, device loss, or user-selected sharing. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Contact us first at support@klymov.dev so we can try to resolve a concern. You may also use courts or consumer bodies available under applicable law.
14. Apple-specific terms
Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. To the extent a warranty applies and Hourfolio fails to conform, you may notify Apple for any remedy Apple provides under its rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable license terms against you.
15. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, or product changes. Material changes will receive appropriate notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted by law.
