1. Who we are
klymov.dev is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Danylo Klymov (Ukrainian: Фізична особа-підприємець Климов Данило Віталійович), registered at 45 Yuvileinyi Avenue, Apartment 129, Zaporizhzhia, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 69097, Ukraine ("we", "us", or "our"). We are the controller of personal data described in this policy.

2. Scope
This policy applies to the klymov.dev website, including its application pages, legal documents, and support page. Separate privacy policies describe how OnlyKeep and Hourtfolio process information inside those applications.
The website does not currently provide user accounts, accept payments, use advertising, or collect information through a server-side contact form.
3. Information processed when you visit
When you request a webpage, the website's hosting and content-delivery providers may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, date and time, response status, and security or diagnostic signals.
We use this information only to operate the website, maintain security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or track you across unrelated websites or applications.
4. Support messages
The support form on this website does not upload or submit its contents to a klymov.dev server. It prepares an email on your device and opens your chosen email application. Nothing is sent to us unless you review and send that email.
If you contact support, we receive the sender address, name, application, subject, message, and any attachments you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, investigate a problem, protect our rights, and improve our applications and documentation.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment-card details, or sensitive photos unless they are strictly necessary for your request.
5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking
klymov.dev does not currently use optional analytics, advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social tracking widgets, or cross-site tracking. The language switcher uses ordinary links and does not require a preference cookie.
The site may use strictly necessary technical mechanisms provided by its hosting infrastructure for security, traffic delivery, or load balancing. If optional analytics or non-essential cookies are added later, this policy will be updated and consent controls will be provided where required.
6. Purposes and legal bases
Where the EU/EEA or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Performance of a contract or steps at your request to respond to support inquiries and provide requested information;
- Legitimate interests to deliver and secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, communicate with users, and establish or defend legal claims;
- Legal obligations where records or disclosures are required by applicable law;
- Consent where you voluntarily send optional information or attachments and where consent is otherwise required.
7. Providers and disclosures
Limited information may be processed by website hosting, content-delivery, security, and email providers acting on our behalf. Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, public authorities, or other recipients when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, resolve disputes, or complete a lawful business reorganization.
We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. International transfers
We are established in Ukraine, while service providers may process information in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries where they operate. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
9. Retention
The support form itself stores nothing on the website. Support correspondence is normally retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, or longer when needed for an unresolved issue, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a legal claim.
Technical request and security logs are retained by hosting and infrastructure providers only for the period reasonably necessary for delivery, security, diagnostics, abuse prevention, and their legal obligations. De-identified information may be retained where it can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
10. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to be informed, access personal data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority.
Send a request to support@klymov.dev. We may ask for proportionate information needed to verify the request. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
11. Children
This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal data from children. If you believe a child sent personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
12. Security
We minimize collection, use encrypted HTTPS connections when the public website is deployed, and restrict access to support correspondence and service administration. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
13. External links
The website links to Apple, LinkedIn, email applications, and other external services. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or use them.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when the website, its providers, or applicable law changes. The date above will be updated and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
